Are you currently shipping outside the US?
Yes we ship to cities within the US, Canada, and the UK! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
How long does Shipping take?
We take pride in our fast deliveries. After your order is placed, we ship out same day or by latest next business day. Shipping Prices are calculated at checkout before you purchase and depending on that you get an approximation of how long it will take for your package to be delivered to you safe and sound.
Can we pickup locally?
Yes, you can! Simply select "Pickup" at checkout to save on shipping charges and collect your order from our local warehouse.
What is your Refund Policy?
If you change your mind about an item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange it. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and related costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after the 7-day window.
We do not offer returns for local pickup orders. However, if you’d like to exchange your item, you may do so within 24 hours of picking up your purchase.
What about sale items?
ALL sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
What if my product is damaged or stops working?
At Oudhmania, we insure that we sell the top of the line, quality products! However, just like any other business, there is always a small chance of defective items. We want to promise you that we will refund you your money or exchange the item for a brand new one. The shipping charges are the cost of the customer.
This will need to be done within 3 days after receiving the item. Once 3 days have passed, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

What if my tracking says my package was delivered but I never received my item?
It happens unfortunately. Shipping carriers deliver thousands of packages daily and can mistakenly send your item to the wrong house. If this is the case, we will do our best to track down your package and get it to you. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier as they have GPS tracking systems to see where your package was delivered. Please be patient as claims take some time.
